ACCESS TERMS

The Company grants you a license to access and use the Site. You agree to pay a non-refundable access fee. In exchange for this access fee, you are granted access to this Site and the information on the Site. You are not guaranteed any minimum number of cross-references or price comparisons on the Site. You agree that your access to information on the Site at any time constitutes adequate consideration for the payment of your access fee. Each property is limited to a maximum of one hundred fifty favorite products in My Want List. Each property is limited to pricing information/comparisons for a maximum of two hundred fifty products during any 12 month access period . Fast Fax phone comparisons are limited to thirty products per phone call.

The Company does not operate stores, provide services, or list products for sale through this Site. All products, services and other offerings are made by third-party merchants, service providers or advertisers. Any claims by the Company, its licensors or partners related to the Companys intellectual property shall be adjudicated in Burlington County, New Jersey and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Company reserves the right to petition any state or federal court for injunctive or other appropriate relief in the case of infringement or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this Site, your access to information on this Site or to products you purchase from merchants located on the Site (other than a Company claim of infringement, which is subject to the section entitled "Infringement") shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Burlington County, NJ. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association.
